Volunteer Missions Uganda

--  WE BUILD HOPE--

WELCOME TO VOLUNTEER MISSIONS UGANDA

Who We Are
Volunteer Missions Uganda  (VMU) is the volunteer placement branch of OMUTUKUVU Project, a local organization whose mission is to bring sustainable development in rural (off-grid) communities in Africa, Uganda

What We Do
Volunteer Missions Uganda recruits short-term volunteers and matches them with service-learning opportunities around Africa in communities where there is no group or organisation. VMU volunteers “work directly”  in communities  through practical, hands-on service.

PROJECTS IN UGANDA

Our organization is working in eastern Uganda,  Setting up safe water programs (via new wells and clean water education) to support communities and improve hygiene.  So travelling with us is not just a brief stay somewhere, its a real connection with the people, the landscape, the culture and the environment.

EXPLORE UGANDA

We combine the best game viewing in Africa with plenty of cultural interaction. We spend half a lot of the trips in National Parks and Conservation areas searching for breath taking Safaris, unrivaled gorilla and chimpanzee tracking, Bungee jumping and world class white water rafting on the River Nile are all things you'll expect!
